Newsletter Style options are as follows:

1.The Security Awareness Newsletter. You will receive 12 monthly issues of our 3-5 page newsletter which covers pertinent and current Security Awareness subject matter that will help you educate and enlighten your employees about simple, effective ways to handle and secure data both at work and at home.

2. The Semi-Custom Security Awareness Newsletter. This is the same content as in option 1, but you will be able to brand this for your exclusive internal distribution. You will supply us with a high resolution logo and whatever contact or reporting information you would like inserted into an Incident Response box. We will supply you with 2-3 layout samples using the elements you have supplied and once you have made your selection, we will create your monthly template. Your newsletter can be titled whatever your management decides, such as: The Security Guardian; Infosec News;The Security Awareness Insider, Infosecurity Focus...

3. Fully Custom Security Awareness Newsletter. We will work with you on design and layout and once that is established, your template will be set. We will agree upon a list of topics to deliver exactly the messages you want each month. Content will be provided by us, and/or provided by you in addition to ours. Custom Newsletters are a great way to achieve exactly what you desire.

4. Content Only.  Let's say you already have an internal distribution mechanism or company newsletter in place and you need content to fill your security awareness needs, or perhaps you have stringent company policy guidelines and require the ability to edit at will. You can receive our security awareness content monthly as a Word document, so you can then edit and adjust according to corporate policy, then distribute within your organization as you please.
