All courses are hosted by our affiliate, TrustedLearning.com, which utilizes a user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS). This allows for delivery of awareness training to geographically dispersed employees or customers when or where they need it and provides remote access to management tools that track course attendance and measure individual performance.

The LMS will be customized to include your organization's logo, tag line, Homepage Introduction message, and Report Incident Page, which can include contact information and links to other websites to provide you with a personalized look and feel.

Our hosted solution tracks many data points vital for audit and process improvement purposes. Exportable data is collected for each employee accessing the LMS. Administration features allow each organization to pick and choose courses, deactivate and activate such courses, administer passwords, and analyze quiz and assessment results for compliance and preparedness. Administrative packages include the ability to manage and monitor employees enrolled in the LMS, employee completion rate of course and quiz, quiz result metrics including completion %, pages viewed, and time spent in course and quiz, and number of quiz questions answered along with answer status (correct/incorrect) to document completion reports as needed or required.

You may choose from some of our courses that are SCORM and AICC compliant, so you will have the ability to host the content on your own Learning Management System, if desired. However, we highly recommend using our internet accessible training portal which provides powerful administration, metrics, content delivery and the ability to effectively track the success of your organization’s awareness program.
