Awareness Gaming

The Security Awareness Company offers gaming to be an integral part of your training and awareness programs.

  • People like games.

  • People like to win.

  • People like to smile.

Gaming achieves all of this and more:

  • Employee participation

  • Interactive games increase retention

  • Gaming can be applied to any security topic

Whether it’s trivia, security knowledge or teaching company policy, gaming makes the pain of user education go away.

Live Gaming

There is nothing like a live audience.

With live gaming, we allow your staff to directly participate, from on stage or from the audience (for the shyer staff). You provide the audience and we do everything else. Perfect for Annual events, Promotions, Parties, Conferences and All Training.

Each of these games are easily customized to meet the exact goals you and your company have.

Jeopardy:

This is awesome and our most popular.

Just like the TV show, contestants are up on stage answering questions about everything from general trivia, company policy and security, having to ring in first.

Playing with teams of up to three each is a tremendous builder of camaraderie and audience involvement. Market it and sell it before the event to build interest.

Hold one game or do it over the course of a year for annual champions. The participation is incredible.

The Password Pyramid:

A combination of two popular TV shows; Password and the $25,000 Pyramid.

Played with three teams of two.

Round One: Get your partner to guess words like “virus” and “hacker” and “TCP/IP” by giving them one word clues. Earn more points if they guess sooner.

Round Two: Pick a category, and talking as fast as you can, get your partner to guess 7 items within a specific category like, “Famous Hackers”, “Great Passwords”, “Security at Home” and so on.

Final Round: Each team bets some or all of their point. The host gives the teams clues on the Final Password. The sooner they guess, the more points they earn. Prizes and winner bragging rights chosen by Company.

Cyber Ethical Surfivor:

Ethics is that gray area between Legal and Illegal…and maybe your personal or corporate ethics are different that his or hers, or of someone from a different country or culture. Yet, we all need to live in the same “Space”.

And that’s the whole point of “CyberEthical Surfivor.”

CyberEthical Surfivor is an Interactive Game that Two teams of up to 7 players against each other. The object of the Game is to be…duh… the last one standing: A true Surfivor.

How you get there is half the fun, but Da Judge and Da Time Keeper and D’Audience will be heavily involved in who becomes the Surfivor! Think:

  • Originality, Creativity, Positivity and Sticking to Time

  • Evolve and Develop a Consistent CyberEthical Profile and Persona That Your Team Mates, Opponents and Audience Will Support Throughout the Game.

  • Strategy? Compete with your team? Want winners or losers on your side? The other side? What does the audience want?

The audience gets to play, too, by second-guessing and challenging the contestants on stage. You can pick and choose who stays and who goes. Who is the most or least ethical… in your humble opinion?

Great icebreaker, evening event or to train on corporate policies.

Cyberwar:

Security is no game, that’s for sure. But by using Gaming techniques, we can learn a whole lot about security and how we all, as a company and a country, might be effected.

The Cyberwar Game will put you directly in the middle of a cyber-disaster and you and your associates have to figure out what the best course of action is. As the scenario unfolds, things just get worse and worse. Think it’s easy? Think again. It’s fun but it’s tough. There are no right nor wrong answers… just intriguing possibilities that many of us have never considered. Winn Schwartau will be our Maestro of Cyberwar, leading us through the interactive and compelling game.

Everyone gets to participate. You may get to roll-play a specific person or job function in the Advisory Council. (No acting experience required!) Or you may be a member of a Special Interest Group which challenges the Council every way they turn. No matter how you play, you will have fun - while, the cyber-world around us collapses.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to take part in Cyberwar Gaming.

(No you do NOT need to be a technical maven to participate; this is not a bits and bytes session.)

  • Infrastructure?

  • National?

  • Regional?

  • Corporate?
