Security becomes a way of life… a way of thinking… when awareness is done right.

A regular newsletter, branded with your organization’s name and logo and aimed at your non-technical staff is a simple, efficient and inexpensive way to reach your entire desktop and mobile staff.

Distribution of our Newsletter is electronic so it is entirely up to your organization how you send it out.  You can post it on your Intranet, print out hard copies, have the print option on your Intranet, email etc. We supply you with as many options as possible, so not only does the message go as far as it can, but your dollars do too!
Your Security Awareness Newsletter is published monthly and addresses subjects of topical interest to users at work, on the road and at home. Length of the newsletter is generally between 3-4 pages. Our current topic schedule.
In addition, with your subscription, you will receive 52 Weekly Security Newswires (hot news items with links to complete articles online) via email to a designated contact which you can distribute freely throughout your organization.

We offer five primary delivery formats to choose from:

1. Generic. The topics are scheduled a year in advance. The newsletter is not tailored for your organization, but the content is the same. Sample


2. Your monthly semi-custom security awareness newsletter is branded with your logo, tag line, name of Newsletter (decided by you) and your contact information for security issues or questions.  Content provided and decided upon by us based on the yearly topic schedule.


3. Same as #2, however we provide you with an extra page for content you give us each month (~500 words). We add it, we typeset and add graphics to it.  This is a great way to include news and items specific to your organization.


4. We supply you the Newsletter content in Word document first for review. You may edit at will. This is at an additional hourly charge to make adjustments to the layout based on your edits.


5. Your fully customized Awareness Newsletter delivers to your users exactly the message you want. Content is provided by us, and/or provided by you in addition to ours.  Custom Newsletters are a great way to achieve exactly what you desire.
